We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and for always striving to do the right thing. Your loyalty means the world to us.
It deeply saddens us to implement a cancellation policy, but due to the increasing number of no-shows and last minute cancellations, it has become necessary. Our stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours.
We kindly ask that you notify us of any appointment cancellations at least 48hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 25% of the booked service.
As a small business, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we will so our best to make exceptions when possible. However, this may not always be feasible.
